MOB TEAM LEADER

 

 

 

 

 

Location: Cold Lake
Reports to: MOB Group Leader
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Top Aces is in search of an MOB Team Leader for our Cold Lake base of operations to support maintenance activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work schedules for the aircraft technicians and maintenance support staff
  • Develop and maintain a manpower plan;
  • Act as Team Lead for deployments, as required;
  • Assist in determining the availability of aircraft to meet the daily operational requirements for the base;
  • Draft aircraft status reports to provide daily updates to the Aircraft Fleet Manager and/or the Coordinator, Maintenance Operations:
  • Assist in the implementation of the maintenance plan for aircraft assigned to the base;
  • Travel when required, sometimes on short notice;
  • Assist with activities assigned by the Maintenance Control Center.

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of related experience in a lead or acting lead role
  • AME designation
  • Ability to work independently and within a fast paced environment.
