The Top Aces Consulting team consists of 27 highly skilled, experienced professionals who have been directly involved in the aviation industry for several decades. All are former military officers from the Canadian, United States and British forces: former pilots, engineers, air weapons controllers, project directors, and project managers with the breadth and depth of experience required by our customers.

Consultant Background

Our specialists work with private industry, government agencies, and aerospace research institutions. We have senior level consultants with military, engineering and defense research backgrounds, qualified from Operator to Doctorate - many with a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Our consultants have a broad range of national and international experience and are ready to cost effectively meet our clients needs.
